Results Based Accountability with Clear Impact

The Office of Equity is excited to announce another addition to our Equity Learning Webinar Series! We have partnered with Marcos Marquez, Senior Consultant at Clear Impact, for this upcoming webinar on Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA). RBA is a disciplined way of thinking and acting to improve entrenched and complex social problems. The RBA framework invites stakeholders to focus on results and work backward to identify their needs.

Communities use it to improve the lives of children, youth, families, and adults. RBA is also used by organizations to improve the effectiveness of their programs.

 Washington for All: Serving our Customers

As public servants we must serve each customer or client with empathy and do our best meet their need. This standard exists even though we have complex laws and policies to navigate and programs that sometimes conflict with each other. We may also have a lot of people to serve each day. The people we serve need help and often are in a state of survival and our systems are dehumanizing to navigate. 

What are some ways we can show up for every individual we serve? How can we help them navigate their current situation, removing barriers so they can achieve the future they want for themselves?

In this session, we discuss with Marisa Cairns, a Career and Training Specialist at Skill Source, how she does just that. Please join us to learn from her, and possibly share your tips, for providing excellent customer service.
